Britta (she/her) is a provisional psychologist in her second year in a clinical master’s program. She has experience working with individuals of all ages, from children to older adults, and diverse socioeconomic, gender, and cultural backgrounds.

Britta operates from an evidence-based framework, helping individuals overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve personal goals. Warmth, curiosity, and acceptance mark her approach. She strives to create a welcoming and relaxed environment where clients feel heard and supported, free from judgement or shame.

Britta’s primary interests include working with individuals, couples, and families facing difficulties related to anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, significant life changes, loss of personal values, adjustment, personality, identity, trauma, neurodiversity, as well as school or work-related concerns, cultural challenges, and parenting difficulties.

In her practice, Britta primarily utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and TR-CBT. She also integrates elements from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotional freedom technique (EFT). This diverse toolkit allows her to support her clients’ unique needs effectively.
